This page restates how shipping works on heliopshub.com based on current checkout, quote, and product copy. It does not add new shipping offers. Carrier names and transit times are stated only where the site already publishes them.
1. Where we ship from
Physical goods ship from Helios Systems operations in Williamsburg, Virginia. The operations and shipping address is 109 Wilson Circle, Williamsburg, VA 23188. The registered office is 3917 Midlands Rd Ste 100, Williamsburg, VA 23188.
Online checkout currently accepts U.S. addresses only for items that require shipping. Hardware ships after payment is confirmed.
2. Digital products
HeliosForged and other licensed software are digital. There is no physical shipment. After payment is confirmed, download access is granted to the purchaser’s heliopshub.com account. Updates are delivered through that account.
3. 3D printed parts
Instant quotes can include USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate box shipping for domestic U.S. addresses. The quote tool selects a Flat Rate box from packed part size. Typical delivery published on the quote pages is 2–3 business days after production for contiguous United States shipments.
- Shipping is an estimate until the shop confirms the quote.
- Parts over the 70 lb USPS Flat Rate limit, or too large for standard Flat Rate boxes, have shipping confirmed during review.
- Local pickup in Williamsburg, VA is available on the quote form — no shipping charge.
4. Hardware and other physical products
Shipping is not free on every product. Unless a product page or cart line shows free shipping, shipping is calculated or confirmed at checkout or by email after the order is accepted.
Selected catalog items currently advertise free shipping when that badge is shown on the product page. As of this date, that includes the M.A.R.S. Kit when offered with a free-shipping badge. Other items (including most tooling) do not include free shipping unless the product page says so.
Helios Systems has not published a single nationwide carrier for all hardware orders. If a carrier is not shown at checkout, the shop will confirm the method by email.
Haas tooling is sourced from Haas Tooling and fulfilled by Helios in Williamsburg, Virginia. In-stock tools typically ship in 2–4 business days after payment. We only offer tools that are currently available to order. Out-of-stock items cannot be purchased.
5. Timing and risk of loss
- Delivery dates are estimates only.
- Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon transfer to the carrier, as stated in the Terms and Conditions.
- Restricted-state or other compliance checks for regulated products must be satisfied before shipment, as stated in the Terms.
