Returns and Refunds

This page restates the returns rule already published in the Terms and Conditions. It does not create a more generous refund policy.
1. All sales are final
All sales are final. No refunds. That includes physical goods, 3D-printed parts, and digital Software & Materials. It also includes account-gated download access once it has been provided.
Any exception must be in a signed writing by Helios Systems, LLC. Informal emails, chat messages, or phone calls do not change this rule unless Helios later confirms the exception in a signed writing.
2. Digital licenses
HeliosForged and other Software & Materials are licensed, not sold. After a license is delivered or download access is granted, the sale remains final. Use of the software is also governed by the Software EULA.
3. Physical goods
Hardware, kits, tooling, and printed parts are also final sale. Helios Systems does not publish a restocking, unopened-return, or change-of-mind window. If an order arrives damaged in transit, contact the shop promptly so the issue can be documented. Any remedy is at Helios Systems’ discretion and, if granted, will be confirmed in writing.
